Check-in Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm - 10 pm - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - All animals must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft and under adult supervision at all times. - Never leave pets alone outside. - All pet waste must be picked up immediately, bagged, and disposed of. - Aggressive or constantly barking animals are not allowed. - Guests who disobey pet rules, may be asked to leave the park without a refund. Guests Policy - All overnight guests must register with park management and are the responsibility of the primary guest. - Anyone under the age of 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. - Parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10 pm to 6 am. - Please respect the privacy of your neighbors and do not trespass on their sites. Speed Limit - Speed limit is 5 MPH. Vehicle Policy - No driving through sites. - TVs or 4Wheelers are not allowed to be driven in the park. - Washing or working on vehicles/RVs is NOT permitted unless performed by a licensed on-site RV repair company. - No OIL CHANGES anytime in the park. Parking Policy - All vehicles are to be parked either in front or behind the RV. - 2 vehicles per site. - No disabled or unregistered vehicles, boats, or utility trailers are allowed. - DO NOT park in open RV sites or on the grass at any time. - If you need additional parking, please inform the staff to be directed to the overflow parking area. Campfires Policy - Campfires and other open fires are not permitted unless they are in the above-ground fire pits provided by the park in some sites. - No fireworks. Firearms Policy - No Open-carry or illegal firearms are allowed in the park. - The discharge of any firearm is grounds for immediate removal from the park without refund. Smoking Policy - No smoking in any of the buildings. - Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground in the park. Pool Policy - Pool hours are posted near the pool entrance. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and playground areas. - Parking for the pool is behind the office building. Laundry and Restroom Policy - Laundry, showers, and restroom facilities are open 24/7. - Parking for these amenities is behind the office building. - Please help keep these areas clean and keep doors closed. - Do NOT hang laundry outside your RV. Sites Policy - All RVs must have a proper electrical power cord and sewer hose seal. - Solid sewer connections and water pressure regulators are a must. - Sewer hoses must be up on a support. - Park is not responsible for damage to unsupported hoses during maintenance. Courtesy Policy - As a matter of courtesy, all guests are to exercise good sense and respect for others. - Remember that we enforce our rules to protect our guests. - Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the premises without a refund. - Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, or accidents. - We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition. - the park will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables. - RV Owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their guests.
