Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Pet Friendly - We are a pet-friendly facility and all well-behaved pets are welcome at The Barlow. - Maximum of 3 pets allowed per site. - Our dog park is an off-leash space for your dogs to play. - You are welcome to walk the property trails with your pets while on a leash. - Owners must clean up after potty breaks, disposing properly of the bags. - Pet owners and guest(s) assume any liability that may be incurred because of their pets and may be asked to leave if an animal is aggressive or a disturbance. - Aggressive animals will not be tolerated. Minimum Stay - 2 night minimum. - We allow guests to book up to 30 days. - Due to the limited number of sites and the general nature of our facility, we do not offer long-term stays over 30 days or monthly rates. - Due to the limited number of sites, we do not offer long-term stays or monthly rates. Quiet Time - Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10 pm - 8 am. - Thank you! Campfires - Campfires are only allowed in approved designated fire pit areas and must be extinguished before retiring. - Do not leave the campfire unattended. - Firewood is available for purchase on our online Camp Store. - No outside wood is allowed per state laws. Prohibited Items and Activities - Disorderly Behavior and walking through other peoples’ sites - Washing of vehicles onsite - Shooting of firearms on property - Generators - Tents - Fireworks Damages - Any damages made to the property by the customer, pets, or their guests will be held responsible with a fee based on the damage. - This includes but is not limited to sites, picnic tables, fire pits, community areas, etc. Campground Disclaimer - Please kindly follow the rules when staying with us at The Barlow RV.
