The coach itself is nice. If I had chance to split my review in tiers, I would review the coach as 4. The table was not working and DVD player neither.
However, I have to evaluate considering my overall experience.
The experience with owner was far to be good. He was giving me headaches since the first day when I was picking it up. Even when I was in Chicago taking a flight to Houston to pick it up he started to text me asking different things that we have in the agreement.
Almost everyday he called me or texted me asking how the coach was, where I was driving it, If I hooked up properly, which roads i should use and not use, among a lot of other things.
We haven't used the shower, laundry machine, awning and other because he asked me to don't do. It means, I rented but couldn't use it.
In the middle of the trip he offered me to extend my rental as Houston had some flooded areas and he would like to avoid deliver on this days. I talked to my wife and called him in the following day do make the arrangements , for my surprise he tried to charged much more claiming that it was a different negotiation than previous one.
Until that moment I was holding up and hadn't complain, but after this situation the principle of the negotiation that relies on trust and good faith was broken.

Everything as advertised, very nice to rent a unit that is fully supplied.
