Lais was great to rent from. She is very responsive to messages. When we picked up the trailer she provided a nice overview and a manual. The trailer was very clean and in good condition. Overall our 1st experience using Outdoorsy was awesome!

The trailer was clean and in good condition, Lais provided a detailed instruction folder with pictures and gave me a through run down of its use at pickup. It was a pleasure working with her.
