The main problems I had were: The camper was located about 40 miles further away than the listing had, was not informed of that until about two hours before pickup. Actually after getting in touch with them the morning I picked it up they weren't sure where it was. When I went to pick it up it was located in a driveway where you had to completely block the street in a neighborhood while hooking up and adjusting the hitch. Tires only had about 20 lbs of air. No propane bottles at all, had to purchase a bottle and propane, $67. Refrigerator was not turned on and cool which meant we couldn't place our food in it until it got cold the next day. The bed looked as if had been slept in and not made up. The camper itself was in pretty good shape and everything seemed to work well after working out all the initial problems. I think this was the first time they had rented it. Dealing with different people when on the phone, pickup, and return didn't help much. I would recommend renting it if they correct the things I noted, but if not I wouldn't recommend.

We had a great time using Tiffany’s RV. It was very comfortable and easy to maneuver. Tiffany was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely consider renting this RV again.
