We had a blast traveling through New England for 10 days with our pup! I was initially a bit worried about the bed because I have herniated discs but it was very comfortable. Also to my surprise, gas was not expensive and it drives very easy. Tons of storage space and you probably don’t need half of what you pack. The van is equipped with plates, cups, silverware, tp, camp chairs, lighters, etc. Stove and fan were easy to use. Emptying gray water and refilling water were also very easy and was our first time.

My wife and I took Kurt on a trip from Maryland to Colorado with our coonhound pup and had a blast. The experience wouldn't quite be the same without the van and the professional build of Joel and Holly. They really thought of everything for the van and have it laid out in the best way possible. There was plenty of storage space for our gear, food, and clothes on the 10 day trip. They had every pot, pan, plate, utensil, and cup you'd need, as well as, a kettle, French press, tools, and fans. The 20 gallon water tank was very easy to refill and feeds the sink and a cowboy shower. The bed was very comfortable and fit us just fine (even with the spoiled pup). We got many compliments from interested folks walking by and several honks for the Jerry sticker on the back (if you know, you know).
We loved the van so much, we've been looking into building one ourselves. Maybe Joel and Holly will let us steal their designs. Until then, we'll be happy renting from them again. :)

We loved the experience of renting this van for our road trip to the Northeast. It is the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Everything worked great, and we never ran out of battery for lights or power. There was plenty of storage for clothes and equipment. I highly recommend this van over any other RV type for its ease of use and maneuverability.

We had a wonderful time camping at points along the Appalachian Trail and hiking every day. The van was exactly what we needed to make it the perfect trip!

Excellent van! Loved everything about it! Took it for 3 weeks across the country and saw all of southern Utah! Would absoluetly recommend it and do it again!

We loved our experience renting this camper van! It was perfect for the two of us as we road-tripped from MD to GA (and back!) All the van’s details and amenities exceeded our expectations.

Joel’s campervan was just what we needed to travel across the country safely with our two pups. The amount of details placed into building this out were incredible. The drivers and passengers seats were also very comfortable for the long drives. Joel was very helpful and highly responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend to anyone interested in a fun getaway!

Our trip in Kurt Van-egut was great! We drove with our 8 month old son to visit family in Kansas. The van is so well equipped and was exactly what we needed to make the 2,400+ mile drive. I highly recommend this van to anyone who is looking for a fun getaway or long trip. It is the perfect size for a couple and a baby. We were initially concerned about where our son would sleep but we were able to fit his travel bed in with us. Joel was super helpful and understanding. We would definitely book Kurt again!
