Chelsie is a wonderful host and her RV was immaculate. She checked in with us during the trip to make sure everything was working. This was just our second time renting an RV and everything was very straightforward.

We loved our trip and the RV. This was my first time driving an RV. Chelsie was excellent, very patient to explain everything and made my job lot easier. RV was very clean and fully stocked. Check-out and return process was very smooth.

Hayes was awesome to rent from! This was my first time renting/driving an RV and his explanation of all the components to the RV was thorough and easy to understand. The RV was perfect for our needs and the whole process was a lot easier than even renting a car! Will definitely rent from him again in the future!

This was our first RV reservation using Outdoorsy, and to say it simply -- thanks to Hayes and this Coachmen Freelander 20CB we will be back for more!The RV we used was a Coachmen Freelander 20CB. We had prior rented a 25ft Class C V10 through one of the typical companies and had a good experience there too. We wanted to try a smaller rig, and they don't offer usually, so we went the Outdoorsy route. We liked the "nimbleness" of the 20CB -- it was very easy to drive, navigate, and park. There were places that we couldn't have gone on this trip in a larger, more traditional Class C. We live in the Seattle area and drove to Glacier NP, Yellowstone & Grand Teton NPs, and then out to the Black Hills (Mount Rushmore plus). The coach ran great the entire time. It fit our family of 4's needs perfectly. One thing of note -- the bed over the cab does have limited headroom. One of our daughters slept alone up there; the other daughter slept on the dinette bed. It would be a tight squeeze for two up top, and/or it could be an issue for someone claustrophobic. While on the topic of beds, the main bed was very comfortable for 8 nights for my wife and me. One of the better mattresses we have experienced in RVs/campers. =)

Wonderful trip. Hayes and Chelsie were amazing to work with and were on-point with everything we needed for our trip including pick-up and drop-off. The Minnie Winnie was clean, spacious, and easy to operate. Took my inlaws and family on a weeklong trip we'll never get. Thanks for everything, Hayes & Chelsie! We definitely recommend this rental to anyone.

Great trip! The RV did GREAT on gas. The bed over the cab could use a mattress pad if you plan to use it but otherwise was perfect for 3 adults. Wish we could have kept it another week to keep exploring.

The owners were very friendly, and took time to show us everything before the trip. This was our first RV trip and they were very patient with all of our questions. The RV itself was clean & as described, that came with lot of amenities like picnic table, chairs, kitchen items, cleaning stuff, so we didn't have to take lot of our items. Overall, highly recommend this!!
