This rv was AMAZING. Hale and Janet were great. Hale very thoroughly went thru everything before I departed. Totally amazing experience. Will definitely rent again!!!!

First time RV renter. My existing set up is a full-sized pick up truck and a pop-up camper. We wanted to take the kids out west, and thought this would be an easier journey with amenities like an on-board bathroom so we would not have to stop every hour or two so the kiddos could go pee. That part worked out really well.Driving an RV was not as luxurious as I would have imagined. This is by no means a reflection of this particular RV, as it was perfectly fine. I just was not prepared for getting blown around so much on the interstate by passing semi-trucks and what-not. Definitely need to stay on point and focused the entire time you are behind the wheel. It very much reminded me of driving a U-Haul. I guess when I passed RVs on the highway while driving a normal car/truck I was ignorant of all this and was slightly envious that the person behind the wheel was on some epic road trip with their family while everyone was in total comfort and content the entire journey.This was a test run for our family, with a future possibility of buying our own RV as we have long since outgrown our pop-up camper and a strong chance of renting it out to recover some of the costs of ownership. When it was all said and done I was kind of lack luster about it all. Once it is parked and hooked up to utilities it is indeed quite nice. Just the driving part was more exhausting than i was prepared for. Undoubtedly a shorter trip and more days parked would have left a more positive impression of it all.His RV was in good condition, and we made a point to return it to him in that state with an exhaustive cleaning of the unit prior to returning it. Again, not the owner's fault, it just left me really gassed at the end of what was supposed to be a long overdue vacation at the tail end of the first round of Covid. The last 3 days of the vacation were comprised of driving the better part of 20 hours home from southern Colorado over two days and then unloading all our gear and finally cleaning up after my 4 kids for several hours to make it look like we were never there. No easy feat with my crew at their current ages. I did not anticipate the scope of all this and if I could do it all over again I would probably just hunker down and get ruined at an airport with my kids for 4-5 hours and fly, rent a very large SUV, and then stay in a cabin.If I could offer some unsolicited advice for some small improvements to the RV, it would be to add a second deep cycle battery to the battery compartment under the steps to increase the dry docking time and maybe some wall hooks in the master bedroom and other areas that would make sense for things like coats and towels for drying purposes after showering. With 6 of us in there, the towels were tough to keep off the floor. A luxury request would be for Sirius XM satellite radio to be added to the car stereo head unit, and while I did not watch a lot of TV at night, I saw other coaches in our campgrounds with full-blown satellite TV, which looked pretty slick. This RV came with a DVD player, which worked out well for my kids (when they would not lose the remote controllers for days on end) as even though we have loads of TV streaming services at home like Netflix and Disney, we still hung on to a binder of DVDs that we brought along so they would have something to watch on the trip and in the event we were stuck inside from rain, etc.

Our group of 7 had an excellent experience renting from Hale. He was very attentive to our needs before our rental period as well as during! Everything worked well and the AC was nice and cold in this July heat.

Hale was great to work with. RV was ready when promised. He walked us through the various functions and details. RV worked like a dream for our family of 8. Return was easy as well. Great experience overall.

Hale was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a minor travel agenda change, and Hale was very accommodating. I would rent from him again in the future.

From our initial inquiry to throughout our trip, Hale was there to answer all our questions. He took the time to let me get comfortable with the RV before taking it on our trip. Our family had a blast as first time RV'ers doing a 10-day loop around Montana, Yellowstone and the Dakotas. It was like bringing our home on the road with us!
