Judy is fantastic! We had some minor mechanical issues and Judy went above and beyond to get us back on the road - far more than Outdoorsy's Roadside Assistance did! The RV itself was great, very comfortable and very accommodating for 3 adults, 3 kids, and 1 dog. I would definitely rent Lula again!
