The owner Joel was very remorseful. We broke down twice and had to drive 15 hrs straight home without turning off the ignition. Total nightmare.The "breakdown " department were not easy to deal with. I am still waiting for someone in the customer complaint department to call me back to direct me how to get our money back. I was told to file a complaint online and I will receive an email. I have now left 2 formal complaints with no response from Outdoorsy.I would not recommend using these services. Out of a 7 day rental, we were able to have 2 days. Outdoorsy is trying to charge $340 for a tow. In the package that was purchased, it says unlimited towing. The second breakdown, It took them 5 hrs to find me a tow truck and shop to look at the camper van. We had no place to go. No hotels available or rental cars. They had no answers for us.
