Yussef was awesome - great RV, super helpful in getting everything set up, was very responsive when I texted him with questions during the trip. 10/10 would recommend!

This was our second family trip in RV. Yussef was great and very supportive. We were concerned about the age of the RV, but it turned out to be much better than a two year old we rented before. Everything was working and layout is great for a family of 4.

Well, the rig runs well and got us where we needed to go, but the interior could use some TLC. Things need to be tightened up. Host was nice enough, but we had a several issues that could have been avoided, if he had more knowledge of how this platform works.

It was my, my wife's, and my kid's first time traveling in an RV and it would have been our last if not for the heroics of Yussef the owner. Despite him taking the time to give hands on instruction and my confirmation that I understood everything, I still managed to hit the open road unable to properly operate all the controls. Yussef made himself available through text, phone, and even took the time to FaceTime with me when I was convinced there was issue with the RV. Sadly, my inexperience was found to be the issue more than once, but even still, Yussef remained patient and totally understanding. The rig was awesome once I learned how to operate it, priced really fair when compared to other RV rentals, ran great even through the mountains, and was surprisingly in great condition despite its age. The two week family vacation was saved because of Yussef always making himself available. Thank you to Yussef and staff at Outdoorsy for making it a 5 star trip.

Yussef was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He reached out to see if an early pick up and a late drop off would help us. At no extra cost! Since it was our first RV experience, he was also very patient with all the questions that we had. He also made sure he is available during the rental, even though it was the Thanksgiving long weekend.

Yussef is awesome. And so is his RV. He always responded to my messages really quickly, and was very flexible and amenable to our changing plans. We took it out into the desert (off the grid) for 10 days, and had such a blast. Would definitely rent again!

We were first time RV renters and Yussef was a fantastic host. He was communicated very quickly and was flexible with our accommodations. The RV is a bit dated, but it was very spacious (especially with the slide-out extended all the way). The value for the price was definitely worth it. Yussef was extremely kind and we would definitely rent from him again.

This is the first time we have traveled with a RV. The experience was great. This RV is as described. Yussef is a very responsive and responsible owner. We were told that water heater was not working after previous customer returned the RV. It was just 3 days before our trip. We were worried about it. However, Yussef kept us posted and ordered broken part to fix the problem in time before our trip. On the first day of our trip, we had some RV operation questions. Yussef replied us for all questions in a short time, which was helpful.
The pick-up and return time are very flexible, which is a plus.
