They're more concerned with turning over RVs and making money then actually maintaining the rental units and providing adequate equipment.

We would recommend Escape RV rental , the units were clean and on time. Anything you needed they were right there to accommodate any needs.

Will definitely rent again. I do recommend some coffee mugs in camper, we did buy styrofoam mugs so was not a huge deal. And there was sand in between sheets in main bedroom. Not sure how that happened, but just slept on top.

Our family throughly enjoyed our RV experience the amenities were perfect, the ease of moving right in, having all the essentials and thoughtful touches by the host. Completely set up for us making it feel like a home away from home. The RV was beyond our expections in all that it offered and cleanliness. Thank you to our wonderful hosts who made our vacation unforgettable!

This trailer exceeded our expectations and friends and family all thought so too. We loved the open modern styling, windows and skylights everywhere, and multiple pop-outs that made the rooms extra spacious and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home!

Overall had a good stay and time with family. The Beast is a large, spacious RV with ample family space.

The camper was new, however it was almost unusable. Every door, table, or component in the camper was not working. The second bedroom bed did not work, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes. There was no propane. You pay extra for the beautiful experience, yet this one did not have it. Forgo this rental.

We had such a wonderful experience renting from Escape RV Rental! From the initial booking to the delivery and pickup, everything went so smoothly. Kym and Brent were absolutely fantastic, so responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.
They delivered and set up the RV for us, which made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. During our trip, we had a couple of minor issues with the camper, and they were resolved immediately thanks to their quick communication and support.
The RV was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’ll definitely be renting from Escape RV Rental again for our next adventure. Highly recommend!

Overall good in quality product and service - this was our first time doing anything like this. Just a few comments - 1. the offering of pots and pans, and plates and dishes was very limited. We had to buy a larger fry pan, and supplemented the dishes and silver with paper and plastic products - not really turnkey as we expected - we managed. 2. I asked for a "walk through" before taking the camper but was told it is normally not done - but thing like if the tub filled up with water.....drain the "grey water" - we did not know to do that - how to operate the AC and the lighting (boob lights) - the owner came by and helped with this later on - but an "orientation" would have been helpful but I realize that this was a busy time for you all. Now that we are "experienced RV'ers" we will be better prepared and knowledgeable. 3. I sent this in a text, but the toilet bowel brush holder was just disgusting...I cleaned it out, but I think your cleaning protocol should be clean that out before each rental. 4. We left the unit the way we found it and followed all instructions to where to put the linens, sweep floors, clean all dishes and utensils etc. We were told to use a swifter on the floors....there was no swifter that we could find. All in all - the experience was good and we will do this again now knowing what to expect - thanks - Jeff and Ginette Carrier

Please fix Leota's door\screen door. You cant open one with out the other. I saw someone left duct tape on the door from a previous rental so I used that to keep them functioning as normal. But after a day, that fix stopped working and it went back to being annoying.
