We loved the RV but it's been over 3 weeks since we returned and still no deposit back....Misael has said this is an issue with outdoorsy but per outdoorsy, he has not requested our refund be sent back to us as he stated he did. At this point, we are still waiting on well over $600 to be refunded to us. Very disappointed.

Misael was the best! He made everything so easy with pick up and drop off. He explained everything and answered our questions in detail. He had quick response when we had questions on the road after pick up. The Minnie Winnie was clean and everything was perfect! We will definitely rent it again!

Misael was so easy to talk to and always answered the phone or text if I had a question. He was flexible when scheduling for pick up and drop off. The RV itself was easy to use & our favorite parts were the back up camera, music system, lots of sleeping areas, and the slides out that's gave us more room to walk once parked at the campground.
