The hosts were excellent to work with. They explained how the RV worked & how to care for it. They were flexible with pick up & drop off times & were responsive to any of our texts or phone calls. RV was in good condition & was comfortable for our 9 day trip. Our only complaint was with Outdoorsy’s Road Side Assistance; they were incompetent. We spent 11 hours on the side of an Interstate waiting for two tires to be fixed. Their agent incorrectly was looking for tire replacements in Michigan instead of Missouri bc they had abbreviated MO as MI! We ended up finding the tire replacements ourselves but it was one fiasco after another! None of which is a poor reflection on the hosts… they actually reimbursed us for the tire repairs. We would definitely rent from hosts again!

Owners were fantastic to work with. They explained and showed us how everything worked. In addition, when we called with questions, they were very prompt in answering and incredibly helpful. The RV itself was perfect for our trip--no issues with going up and down mountains, everything worked well, clean, and well stocked. It was also easy to drive. We would definitely rent this RV from these owners again!!!
