What an amazing trip!! The RV was as advertised and met our every need. The slide outs were very expansive and really opened up the living areas. Runs great with plenty of power for those steep inclines! Efficient check in, communication and overall experience.

Hieu had been a pleasure to work with! He was super communicative and his RV was immaculate! With the arrow dynamic design, we got good mileage (for an RV). With 4 slideouts, the motorhome felt spacious enough for the four of us. The only thing to mention is that if you are over 5'4", the convertible couch and dinette set would not be long enough to sleep comfortably. Our two (tall) teens had their feet hanging over the sides. Otherwise, we loved all the storage space, the many skylights were nice, the queen bed was very comfortable, and the RV handled well. Would definitely recommend!

Overall a very good experience. Hieu was very thorough during walkthrough. The only issues we’re mechanical in that the backup camera did not work and one of the control panels was not functional.

Hieu was pleasant to deal with and communications were prompt. The RV suited our purposes for a week-long trip and everything worked out fine. It was listed as having a backup camera (broken) and levelers (which it didn't), but apart from this the description was accurate. The Navion is a nice RV, though being a 2015 it was somewhat worn from normal use. Kitchen/bathroom supplies were extremely minimal, so you may want to bring your own rather than paying for them.

Overall, the experience was excellent. We did have some issues with the outlets that were supposed to work while the vehicle was driving were not working and could not charge our phones. Similarly, if we used the shower and had lights on, the entire system would trip the circuit breaker so we had to turn lights off to shower. No big deal overall, just a hassle.

Great ride. This was my first RV trip. Mr. Tran was really patient with show us the various vehicle operations. He was also very flexible and understanding with return time, and helped us find the best price breakdown to save cost. A definite recommend!
