Marian was super nice and easy to deal with. She explained everything very well and answered all our questions. We have a lot of experience renting compact trailers and this one was the nicest of all. It towed very smoothly behind our 2018 Honda Pilot. The included weight distribution hitch made a big difference towing with a mid-size SUV. It was very light, bright and comfortable. The Euro style windows were wonderful. We dry camped for 3 nights in a rustic sierra campground with no issues.
