Trent was very polite and respectful, especially during the checkout and checkin process. Nicole provided a gift box with simple gifts and games for the kids, which was a nice surprise.The trailer was the right size for our family of 6 and provided enough space for us to sleep in our own beds. We were very pleased with how long the propane lasted, 7 days, to keep us warm at night. The water and waste lines froze which caused us some anxiety for 2 days but we were able to manage.The location, right near the interstate made pick up and return super quick. Trent was very flexible on the pickup and return times to accommodate our needs.I found the master bed very comfortable, albeit small, but we are very tall. The heater worked surprisingly well. The trailer is starting to show its age, especially when compared to the newer traile our friends rented, but the price was affordable and Trent’s trailer is larger to make up for that. The size was good for our family of 6 but not so heavy that we had could still tow with our 1/2 ton. Trent also included a weight distribution hitch and was a great help in setting it up.
