Dianne and her son Brandon were extremely accomodating as well as super nice! They explained everything we needed to know about the RV (we have never vacationed in one). The RV was just like the picture and nice and clean. We all enjoyed our road trip and we enjoyed our first RV experience thanks to Dianne and Brandon. I would highly recommend renting from them!!!!
