At first, Sandra was easy reserving the RV. She agreed to deliver the RV at No cost, because my car CAN NOT tow a trailer. Sandra knew we were DRY camping & said the water tank was full. Sandra delivered the RV dirty, sheets that didn’t fit, two tiny blankets, black water tank 3/4 full, VERY little fresh water in the tank, ran out of water on day two. had NO shower, NO toilet, NO WATER, NO sink 🙇♀️ A quiet generator was supposed to be w/ RV, but a cheap LOUD generator was delivered. Had to run the generator to use the fridge, so our food spoiled. I spent my trip so frustrated w/ outdoorsy & Sandra. This ONLY sleeps 2 max. Sandra was rude, falsely advertised, gaslighting & deflected responsibility. This was my first time using Outdoorsy and it will be my last. I asked Sandra if i needed to bring anything. She said no the RV will have everything you would need. The trailer came W/ NOTHING. Sandra 🤥 blamed me For fake damages delivery & pickup & keeping my security deposit . 3 days cost $1,200 for A tin tent. ⛺️
