Super nice trip for husband and I. Jose was really quick to responding for any issues (only a few minor things). Only thing I would have like to have known in advance is there isn’t an electric water heater. Wasn’t an issue since it was only 2 of us but could be an issue if anymore since you have to turn off and on the gas.

Overall our trip was great but unfortunately we had some electrical issues with the trailer at the beginning of our trip and that’s the only reason for the four stars instead of five. Jose was an excellent host and went above and beyond to fix the trailer problem we experienced. I would’ve given a one star rating had Jose not been exceptionally attentive to the situation. I will absolutely be a return customer in the future if I don’t purchase a trailer myself.

Overall, the trip was okay, but the experience with the RV owner was disappointing. Communication stopped the day before our trip, and the RV arrived nearly 3 hours later than the scheduled delivery time. During that time, I left multiple voicemails and messages but received no response.
