We had a great trip with Mel! It was super easy to drive and maneuver at the campground. Denise was great at giving us very clear instructions on how to use all the features. She was even readily available to contact on our trip for any issues we had that came up. Overall, we had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Mel :)

This was our first time in an RV and we had a great time! Easy to drive and very spacious and comfortable inside for our family of three. Denise was incredibly accommodating, meeting us on the first day and showing us how to use everything. We had a few technical issues the first day using it, not due to the RV itself but our lack of experience with RVs being first timers, and Denise was nearby and actually came to check on us twice and help us out! Overall we had a fantastic trip and would highly recommend Denise and her Jayco Melbourne!
