Good but not great. Sammy and Dave are great people and a pleasure to deal with. They were in constant communication with us when any issues arose. Unfortunately, we did have some issues that I'm sure will be fixed in the future but feel it needs mentioned. The generator had a faulty part that prohibited it from working while driving. This meant no A/C in the RV portion of the cabin. In 100 degree temps, we could never cool it below 90 while driving making for two very uncomfortable days. Keep in mind when using full hook ups we had no issues while parked as we were not using generator. I'm sure this issue will be remedied by the time it goes out again as the owners were pretty confident they had a fix.
