This was my first RV trip and I could not have asked for a better owner. Sai was extremely helpful and took time multiple times to walk me through the features of the rv and how to use it. He was extremely responsive during the entire 7 days we rented the vehicle and answered all our questions satisfactorily. Overall it was a great trip and would
