Our RV was set up prior to our arrival. Everything was in working order, it was super clean and well-maintained. All of our correspondence with Elizabeth was answered promptly. My only suggestion would be a small bathmat in the shower, it was a little bit slippery and possibly some newer bath towels. Everything else was exceptional..

Awesome experience overall and will definitely rent from the Philmon’s again if we don’t buy a camper soon! My wife and I definitely recommend renting from them if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing camping experience.

We had the most amazing and stress free experience renting this trailer. We came to it all set up and super clean. The sheets were nice and clean and had a nice smell to them. Everything inside was in great working condition and very roomy. We would recommend renting this trailer to any of our family or friends!:)
