We picked up the RV and everything initially seemed fine. Once we started driving into Yellowstone, however, a septic smell inside the RV got progressively worse. By the time we arrived at our campsite, the odor was so bad that other campers nearby actually complained about how badly our RV smelled.

sean was amazing, especially his RV. Everything from communication with Jeff to the drop off service was five stars. The RV was clean, spacious and comfortable to stay in. I would recommend this RV to anyone looking for a great, clean RV.

We loved our experience renting this RV from han. He was extremely friendly & communicative. The RV was immaculate and so well stocked. He walked us through everything, and answered our multitude of questions. The outdoor shower was a huge plus since we were camping at the beach. The dvds were such a great selection for the kids. han made the process so easy. We will definitely rent from him again. Thanks for making this such a memorable family camping trip han!
