The trailer was nice though not particularly clean when we received it. We were told we were the first renters to use it, however, it was very clear that it had been used and taken off road before we received it.
What actually made this a bad experience was that the listing said that it included a generator. We booked it and were never informed otherwise but when we picked it up we discovered there wasn’t a generator. The change in the listing was never communicated to us and turned out to be a huge issue for us as we were not able to connect to power at our location. Even more frustrating is that once I communicated my frustration with the owner and mentioned being reimbursed for the cost of renting a generator (since it should have been included per the listing) it has been radio silence. I’m very unsatisfied with the whole experience, the hassle involved with things not being as promised and the lack of responsibility taken on the owners part for having mislead us.
