The host was helpful but the RV had some electrical issues that prevented me from using some features in the Sprinter van. The host apologized on return and thoughtfully made it right

Hai and Kim were extremely kind and great with communication. They were thorough in the pick up orientation, and provided many documents to make sure we were well prepared for our trip.
