We were new to the RV world. Megan was so helpful and very quick to return the flow of questions we had. Her husband was also helpful when we had technical questions during the trip. The RV is well-used, but it offered everything we hoped for on the trip.

I rented the RV for 5 days and everything was perfect! The vehicle was clean, well-equipped, and ready for the road. What really stood out was the amazing support from the owner throughout the entire trip — always available and ready to help with any questions. I especially want to thank them for their loyalty to customers and their flexibility — they truly go the extra mile to adapt to your needs. It made our journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Megan and Brian were very accommodating with our last-minute trip. They were very communicative and easy to work with. We had an amazing trip! The only hiccup was with Outsoorsy customer service, which is no reflection on Megan & Brian.

We took our 3 boys, ages 6, 12 and 13, to Bryce Canyon, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and Zion. The camper fit everyone well and the older boys did a great job staying in the loft area above the cab while we cooked dinner.
