Brad said he was new to Outdoorsy and that we were his first "rentals". I can only say that if everyone who rented their RV's were as courteous, friendly, and concerned for their renters, Outdoorsy would thrive! I applaud Brad for his unequaled attention and service! Thank you Brad!
