It was my first time to use the app and it was wonderful experience with Joana’s RV. The RV has perfect size, clean and everything ready. Joana also drove me to the airport after the return super hospitality!

RVing is new to us, so this was an interesting experience. Joana is an absolute peach- the RV was in spotless condition when we picked it up, and she was extremely gracious in offering to help us out in any way possible. We picked it up at their home, and after an orientation and inspection, we were on our way. We had a brief problem with the door to the head, which was entirely my fault, but Joana and Jake offered to come to our house to take care of it. Fortunately, the problem was solved by just moving the RV to a flat spot on my driveway, so crisis averted, but they were fully prepared to come up and fix it at a moment's notice.
Once we got on the road things went very smoothly, although a 25-foot RV is a bit more ponderous than my Explorer. But it drove well, kept up with traffic and made it up and down the hills, so no worries there. Once we got to our campsite on the Russian River, we just had to push a couple of buttons to extend the awning and slide out the dinette area, and we were all set- easy-peasy.
We stayed at the Russian for three nights, and the heavy rain made us very glad we weren't tent camping. Having a warm and dry place to eat and sleep was wonderful, and all systems in the camper went according to plan. We did have a couple of questions about operating things, but a quick text with Joana and Jake cleared everything up quickly, and life was good.
We returned the camper on Thursday, took our photos, and the return went as smoothly as the pick-up. So I would give this rental experience with the owners a 10/10, and would not hesitate to repeat the experience with them. The Outdoorsy app worked well, and all in all, it was a terrific experience. Kudos to all.
