Host was very friendly and easy to work with, she did mention that the fridge takes a long time to get cold and that was definitely true, took about 36 hours to get even noticeably cold like oh it's actually on, and about 48 hours before we thought it was cold enough to reasonably store food. the freezer seems to work exactly as it should, along with everything else. over all great rental, we are already talking about potentially taking it out again next year.

Cute little trailer. Perfect for our dry camp trip! Bed was super comfy as was the couch. Easy to set up and connect.

Susan our host, connected easily with us. She & hubby Zac n kids arrived at our campground at check in time, met us, set up the rv and explained everything. Everything was fine, as expected. She told us the ac was missing a part & so yes, it was not working up to par, but since the temperature outside didn't rise above 82, we were comfortable. The main bed is VERY comfy, better than my new one at home!

Susan was fabulous. She came as soon as she heard we had a problem with a water hose and replaced it. Very pleasant. But, the trailer had a few problems. #1. The air conditioner could not keep the trailer cool. We were camping in Madras, Oregon and it was around 90-95 every day. The camper was cool enough to sustain us, but not cool enough to feel totally comfortable. Susan knew there was an air conditioner problem, but I don't believe she knew it to be the bad problem that it was. Also, she was waiting on parts ordered to correct the problem. 2. The lock on the door from the inside did not work. I didn't really worry about it, because if we left, we could lock it from the outside. 3. There were some problems with the window curtains that Susan addressed with us. Did not cause us any problem.

Owner went above and beyond for helping with accommodations for our trip. She helped coordinate with the property we stayed at, and had it all set up before we arrived.
