A lot of things didn’t work in the tailer like the stove, some outlets and the TVs. The refrigerator is falling apart, door is broken and it’s not cooling properly. The door on the rear bathroom didn’t have stopper so when you close it, it comes off the railing. The igniter for the stove is also broken, you need to manually light it up. We were told that the trailer is almost new so our expectations were high. It was really a big disappointment when we got to the camp site and started inspecting it. This is a two 👎👎 for us.

Only because as novice trailer renters it would have been nice to have some sort of instruction manual on how things worked. No hot water. Kitchen sink backed up. Toilet backed up and luckily we found a real cool guy who taught us how to resolve the issues and he turned on the hot water. Kids finally got the radio to work, but never the TV. However, with intermittent internet probably couldn't have live-streamed the programs anyway. Other than that we LOVED EVERYTHING and can't wait for next year so we have an even better experience. A 5-star one vs 4.8. Overall an AWESOME experience!!! Thanks for everything. Will reserve as soon as we get dates for next year and reserve same spot. It was absolutely the best spot for our family and the two potlucks we hosted. Others commented they're ready to upgrade, too. So be on the lookout for new customers. 😃🤩

We were able to pickup and go with a great RV with no issues at all. The owners are fantastic and friendly. They go above and beyond.

Awful experience. RV had evidence of mice. While we were out grocery shopping, mice left dropping on our fresh blankets. Owner Mike was extremely rude about it all. Told us we should’ve just brushed the poop off.

Owners, Mike and Jacqueline were very helpful in the process and ensured all of our camping needs were met. RV had everything we needed for our 5 day vacation.

We had an excellent experience with Monterey Bay RV Rentals. We rented an RV with them for our camping trip to Big Sur. The RV was exactly as advertised and perfect for our trip. Jacqueline and Mike were both easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We will definitely be renting from them again next year!

Mike and Monterey bay RV Rentals will not disappoint. He is very friendly. Always on time and the rv will have everything you need other than bedding, food, and towels. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else. If you’re in the area and need an RV call Mike. He will take excellent care of you.

Year 2 of renting from Mike at Monterey Bay RV Rentals and he’s always amazing to work with ! Communicates well and always ready to communicate if you have any questions. Paying for delivery and pick up is the best way to go so you guys can just enjoy the trip .

Excellent! Stop researching and just call Mike and do it. Really, it’s like ur buddy on the other side of the country who enjoys making your trip as perfect as possible. From helping pick camping spots, yes the exact spot in the campground, to directions and ideas to make the most of your trip. I have no idea how the costs compare, what other options for the types of RV’s etc, this will forever be an annual outing and we will be calling Mike and making it happen.
