Great rv, stayed warm at night in single digit temps. Everything worked great. Towed super easy with a 1/2 ton truck. The trailer brake is touchy so it has to be set pretty low. Had a great trip.

Mechanically unfit/not clean.TRAILER BRAKES---A previous review reported problems with the trailer brakes, but Mark replied that renter had custom equipment that caused the issues and the brakes worked fine...NOT TRUE. The trailer brake wiring has a definite failure and continuously triggered warnings in my truck of "wiring problems". essentially triggering an audible warning in my truck almost perpetually for most of the ten hours of driving. When the wire was NOT connected we had no trailer brakes and when the wire was connected the trailer brakes clearly only engaged on one side as it would jerk the trailer and pull to one side. I cleaned the plug and treated for corrosion and attempted to suspend the cable to remove hanging tension but none of that seemed to help. Fortunately, my diesel exhaust brakes were sufficient to ascend/descend several mountain passes safely.CLEANLINESS---Rear storage compartment outside were a mess with the water hose, electric cable, and sewer hose stuffed in the bin in a tangled mess. Same with the blocks/chocks in the front compartment. Storage compartments inside had dirt and food and wrappers, etc. A cupboard door was broken off and stuffed inside one of the compartments. basic stocked supplies were scattered throughout the cupboards in no order.

Overall a pretty good experience. There was quite a bit of dog hair we had to clean out before the trip and the brakes didn’t work but the interactions with the owners were great. They were made aware of the brakes and said they would get them fixed. We had a fun camping trip! Thank you!

The trailer was perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. We contacted Mark last minute and he was very accommodating. Would rent again.

Mark and Jennifer were great to rent from! Being first time RV users, they let us come and check it out more than a month before our actual rental date to make sure we had all the right equipment and a general idea of what to expect. Super accommodating, very responsive. The RV itself was awesome, pretty new and SO affordable. We would rent this over and over again!

The camper was clean, had everything we needed, and made our trip a memorable experience. Plenty of room and easy to set up and transport. Mark was very easy to work with and the entire experience was smooth and easy. We will definitely look to book this camper again in the future.
