* PROCEED WITH CAUTION *He did not show up for the orientation, so not only did we not get a proper orientation, we were in the dark about the leaky sewage line. Then, when we started to smell the raw sewage and noticed the dripping from the underside of the RV, he pretended not to know about the leak. But then, when we noticed that the sewage line had been fixed with duct tape and string, he tried to blame the previous renters for fixing it that way. Then, after some back and forth, he claimed it had been taped like that for three months and he was the one who had done it and it had been fine. Finally, after we filed a dispute with Outdoorsy for the fact that we lived in the health hazard of a leaking sewage during our trip, he told Outdoorsy that it was our fault it had broken.

This RV has seen better days. It needs many repairs in the interior, a current registration (expired 2018) and an oil change. The shower door does not close and the cold water does not work (best not to heat the water or risk scalding). Toilet flushes continuously. Brett was kind and usually very responsive except for the day of pick up. Best to clarify pick up and drop off expectations clearly to avoid confusion. The cab AC also is quite weak while driving. Despite these issues it met our needs, we stayed at campgrounds with bathrooms and in Yellowstone where the showers are all currently closed, we combined a trip to Lamar valley with showering outside of the park.

Brett was awesome to work with! He was flexible with us on pickup and drop off was simple. Trailer worked great, would definitely rent again.

Brett was great. He worked around our situation when we had to change our booking last minute. He also make the pick up and drop off quick and easy and our deposit was refunded quickly. We would rent from him again!

This was our first long distance RV trip, the layout of this vehicle was perfect for our family of 6. We received it with a check engine light and a gas cap light, but were reassured all was well. However, it did give me anxiety at the start of the trip. The slide outs were finicky, but seemed to work most of the time. The door was tricky to lock the whole trip. Luckily, the manager gave us clean linens right before we left because I noticed that they weren’t in the RV when we arrived. We traveled to Moab, monument valley, lake Powell, zions and Bryce Canyon. The heat of the summer forced us to change some of our camping spots to stay cool with hookups to run cold air at night. I was grateful to have this unique vacation with my family that was possible with this RV. So thankful for the fun memories we shared playing board games, cooking pizza and cookies in the RV oven in the middle of the desert. One of a kind experience and so much fun!

It wasn't that the water, lights and AC didn't work due to the owner not charging the battery prior to pick up, although that sucked, it was that the owner said he would refund our deposit (I am, after all that, it's the least he could do since I did my part and returned with full propane and clean) and didn't. I had to contact Outdoorsy and waste HOURS trying to get them to release the funds to me. The owner is just awful. Find another.

We had a great time camping with this trailer. Brett was very friendly and accommodating - he was very quick to respond to texts and messages. I highly recommend and will likely rent with Brett again.

We rented Brett’s RV last week (August 5-10) heading towards Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks. The experience was extraordinary from the beginning. Brett met us at SLC Airport and gave us an informative tour answering all of our questions. The RV was specious, clean and accommodating. Everything worked as expected: generator, appliances, lights. The RV came equipped with everything we needed for the trip: small grill, chairs, towels, sheets for the beds. Brett was very friendly and he was available when needed. Our experience with this RV was exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend Brett’s RV!!!

Great trailer but it broke on the first day before we even got to camp. We had to stay overnight in a small town to get it fixed the next day. We had to pay for a hotel, and pay for the repair. It took all day, and I asked the owner for some compensation (only a refund for the first night) and he ignored us and will not text back! We have tried to reach him multiple times and he still won’t respond. Hopefully he learns better customer service and communication. Wouldn’t recommend renting from someone who ignores his guests!

Brett was really great to work with. We had another owner cancel on us because of mechanical issues. Brett got us into his trailer on short notice. He was also good enough to text me during the trip when I had questions.

2 adults and 3 older teenagers perfectly comfortable for 11 days in Tetons and Yellowstone. RV has everything we needed and we were warm on cold/rainy nights without electrical hookups in National Parks. Great communication with Brett.
