Sergei was very communicative and helpful. His camper was a dream: very fun and easy and comfortable to drive. It was super clean and convenient; all features worked well (air conditioning, awning, bed set up, and a surprising amount of storage). Great kitchen, very efficient stove and very cold fridge. The van is nicely outfitted with essentials. In my week traveling with my two small dogs I had a couple of cold nights and a couple of very hot days, but was always able to stay comfy. I never used the bathroom but it is clean and new looking and probably works great. The entire experience lived up to my hopes for a great adventure!
