Really bad experience please avoid at all cost. I’ve done many car rentals around the world even in 3rd world countries and nothing is worse than this. The truck is extremely dirty, fridge had a smell, had a lot of initial damages, the camping gear was either dirty or in bad condition, we had to wash and clean before using. And we are charge a $150 prep fee?? We added add-ons but nv use them because it’s not easy to use at all so wasted. And the replies are extremely slow or none, host tried to extort extra money at the beginning for early fee asking for $100 per way instead of $50. It was only when i pointed it out it was $50 on outdoorsy that he accepted.

I had such an amazing time camping and getting to explore Alaska with the help of Eriks truck. It had everything I needed to make my trip amazing.

My husband and I visited Alaska for the first time and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. Renting Erik’s Toyota truck helped us greatly in exploring some of the most beautiful places in the state. The truck was equipped with the tent that fits 2 people and all the basic necessities, from blankets and pillows to cooking utensils. It was a huge deal for us as we didn’t worry about purchasing anything, except food. We especially loved the portable shower pop up tent and shower pump we could use to stay clean every day.

We had a fantastic time on the trip exploring Alaska. The truck was in great condition and had everything we needed. I would recommend getting the shower option if you are camping since most campgrounds don’t have showers.

Fantastic car for a Road trip. Well equipped. The very easy to set up rooftop tent was big enough for our family of 4 (children aged 19 and 16). Would recommend it to anyone

This rental had everything we needed for a 10 day trip in Alaska. The cooler kept everything cold way beyond our expectations. The mattress in the tent was extremely comfortable and the blankets kept us warm during some cold 40 degree nights. The truck was easy to drive, clean, and spacious inside.

Overall a great experience with a couple of hiccups, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Drove 1500 miles total around the interior and Kenai Peninsula of Alaska and created lots of memories. Definitely recommend this option if you’re looking for something off the beaten path.

Erik Truck was amazing. It is an older vehicle but still runs great and worked perfectly for us and our trip. He includes all of the camping essentials you will ever need, all you need to bring is your food and clothes for your trip.

Unfortunately Edith was one of those rare people that businesses come across every now and then that makes running a business difficult and stressful. Her negative review was absolutely in retaliation for her getting caught commuting a felony, with me as the intended victim.
