Jack was super responsive and accommodating in terms of making the pickup & drop off experience as simple as possible for me, as well as creating some makeshift curtains for the rear windows to improve privacy. The interior of the van itself was incredibly spacious (even with the bed down and the fridge in the back, there was literally enough floorspace to do yoga if you wanted), with lots of useful features implemented in a way that were easy to use and understand for someone just getting familiar with the vehicle. In particular, the Jackery-based electrical system, the powerful fridge that was even able to perform as a freezer, and the extremely simple yet effective foot-pump sink system with a reservoir that was easy to fill and a greywater tank that was easy to empty.I did find it a bit of a challenge to maintain speeds above 60-70km/hr when going uphill, and shifting between gears to be a little finicky. Aside from that though, the van drove well and did everything I needed it to do for the duration of my weeklong trip. Some small additions that I think would improve the experience even more:
- a few hooks on the walls for hanging things up and staying organized would be nice
- a few rachet straps to secure the extra water jug, jackery and fridge during driving
- one of the two lawn chairs was broken, the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector were dead, and the cook set had plenty of bowls but no plates
