Unfortunately this RV is not in good condition, it was delivered without having been cleaned, which resulted in my having to take a trip into town for cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies and our own linens. Spending hours cleaning an RV and driving back and forth to town was not a pleasant way to start our vacation, in fact - we lost a day because of it. Additionally, the RV is not well stocked or organized, the "utensils" drawer contained a filthy, dull kitchen knife, a dirty metal spatula and dirty plastic spoons and forks. Every drawer or cabinet is 1) dirty, and 2) stuffed with random, disorganized crap. The small vacuum found in a cabinet, had not been emptied, and was out of battery, no charger to be found. Additionally, the RV had a bad odor, it has definitely been smoked in, no amount of cleaning or airing it out could really touch that smell. If we'd had more time before starting our trip we would have refused the RV, but as it was we had friends who were already camping and were waiting on us. Do yourself a favor - skip this one.

This trailer is fantastic. It's got a GREAT California King bed, bigger than most, and that makes it ideal for a couple (no kids). This Winnebago trailer is pretty new, was loaded with options when purchased, and lots of little amenities have been added to it since.It took us a couple days to find everything because storage was frankly a total mess. Like, bowls in three different places. Wheel ramps / chocks in three different places. Equipment manuals buried under a bunch of stuff, found on third day, which we could have used on the first night. Basically every cabinet had random stuff in it. But the good news is that, after a full week in this otherwise awesome trailer, we knew where everything was (or should be), put it in there, and labeled the cabinets! Paying it forward :)Benjerman was a bit stingy on communications before the rental, which made me nervous. There was some miscommunications about our pickup time, but B helpfully adapted his schedule to ours, which had been planned long ahead and was inflexible. During our rental he was extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions, like when I didn't know how to get the campground water flowing into the trailer.

Ben was a great host, great communication and easy to work with! Very flexible and worked with us in return time. The trailer is amazing, I would and will recommend Ben and the trailer to every one. Not only that, he owns two campers you can choose between.

Everything ran super smoothly with this rental. Ben was flexible with us in arranging drop-off and pick-up. The Winnie itself had everything we needed and was clean with a comfortable bed. The appliances, furniture and bathroom all looked brand new!
