Alex Banks was great to deal with and the trailer was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable! We would rent it again!

Great communication and fantastic service. The RV was huge, beautiful, clean, well stocked, easy to use, and new. Primitive camping = no problems. I highly recommend.

The RV has everything you will need and more!!! There are so many cute touches everywhere.The Bluetooth did not work very well at Lopez lake because of Verizon’s cell service. Also Lopez lake full hook up is not enough amp for a/c so the owner told us we could not use , if we did and it broke we would be responsible for repairs. It was pretty hot there for me ( I live in Pismo ). The event is immaculate, Mayer bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds was like sleeping on cement. Needs better mattresses on the bunk beds. Owners had everything all set up before we arrived. Very timely delivery and pick up service.

Thank you for your understanding about the low amperage at the site Rose, we apologize that it was not able to support the A/C unit, in the future we recommend securing a site that has 30+ amp utilities. The bunk bed mattresses are a special size that are hard to find anything other than the pads that are on them, the majority of the time children use them an we have had no complaints.

Overall, great rental experience. RV was very nice - clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Alex (RV owner) was responsive whenever we had a question and was flexible when we need to work out the check-out time due to weather issues. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed renting Alex’s camper as a family of 4! It’s very clean and well equipped. Our kids loved the bunks and the mattress was comfortable also. Excellent communication and they were accommodating as we moved our original campsite to a different location. All around a great experience!

Alex's RV was exactly as advertised and truly had everything you needed. He and his wife were extremely easy to work with. Both delivery/setup and pickup were smooth, quick, and efficient. The layout of this camper feels more spacious than others we're familiar with. I liked the larger bathroom area and the openness of the central area. Our daughter of course loved the bunk beds. We would definitely rent from Alex and his family again.

We had an excellent trip with Alex's camper. It was so nice to arrive to everything set up, clean, and ready to go. There was an electrical issue that came up and Alex was so persistent in fixing it. He was responsive and super easy to work with. The trailer itself was nicely stocked, including camping chairs and a mat. The bunks were fun for the kids and there was plenty of space for us. If we find ourselves out that way again, we would love to rent from him again!

Alex made the entire process super easy (ease of booking, communications - pre, during and post trip) and my family loved the rig. (super comfortable/spacious/beautifully decorated) couldn't recommend more! will definitely be renting again in the future!
