Daniel is a great owner to deal with - very accommodating and communicative. Despite a few issues, the RV itself was in good shape, clean, fit my group of 4 comfortably and drove smoothly. I highly recommend renting this RV for your outdoor adventures!

I’m sorry you feel let down but I was away the day you reserved and I canceled the same day you reserved so sounds like you we’re looking for something last minute and I was away. I would NEVER cancel a trip for someone that has planned it in advance it’s just not something I would do.

What a fantastic time we had. Daniel explained everything perfectly and was instantly available to the questions I had on the road. No issues at all with the RV as we toured the Major 5, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Monument Valley. We ate almost all of our meals in the RV which had plenty of storage and amenities. Don’t hesitate to rent from Daniel or the vehicle.

Daniel was really quick to respond. He was easy to work with as well. We had a great time on our Yellowstone trip. The RV ran great and fit my family of 5 perfectly. I did give the listing accuracy a 4 star rating because the fridge/freezer did not work. When we did the walk through Daniel explained that the fridge only cooled to about 50 and the freezer to 40, which is not cold enough to keep milk from spoiling. I wish I had known this earlier. Luckily we had a cooler to keep things cold, however, I would have brought a bigger one had I known about the fridge/ freezer before hand. Overall, we would rent from Daniel again.

Daniel was great to work with, and responded quickly to all my questions as a first time RV’er. He did a good job during the initial walk-through showing me how to operate various functions of the vehicle. When I had a few questions or problems, he responded back quickly. He was very gracious about me backing over the sewage line.The RV performed well going up over Guardsman‘s Pass and on steep grades throughout our trip. I did not expect it to drive like a smaller zippy car and Daniel let me know I shouldn’t go over 65 or so. The other features were great, cold AC in the summer afternoons and a nice heater for cold mountain mornings. Microwave and stove were great, and hot water in the shower. My two kids loved having their own beds and lined them with stuffed animals! We had a great trip and would love to go again sometime.

Daniel was unable to meet us to do the walk through. His wife did a good job though. What would have been helpful was a written explanation of specific parts for first-time motor home renters such as ourselves. We had a couple of minor issues that my brothers helped us take care of. Overall we were happy with the experience and look forward to doing it again with our new found knowledge. It was fun.
