Everything went great! Delivery was a breeze and Jim gave a good tour of the van. My wife and I were thrilled. We'd definitely rent again.

Jim was very communicative and his videos were very helpful. He had everything we needed for the trip and even helped us with some extra luggage. Sheets, towels, kitchen well stocked as well as bathroom. His attention to detail made it easy for us to fly in pick up van and head to national parks. Thanks Jim

Fantastic trip through Lake Powell and Sedona area. Great van. Comfortable., well appointed with everything we needed. Jim was very accommodating. Would recommend for anyone wanting to experience the van life.

Jim was a perfect host. He responded to communication before and during the trip very promptly. The van pick-up and drop-off processes could not have been easier. The instruction videos he sent prior to the trip were extremely helpful. The van itself is comfortable and intuitive to use. I’m very much looking forward to renting it again next month, and will plan to rent it any time I’m in the Vegas area in the future!

Our adventure through Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks was nothing short of magical, and a significant part of that unforgettable experience was thanks to the exceptional RV we rented from Jim. "Juneau" was more than just a vehicle; it was a cozy home on wheels that became the heart of our journey.

Jim was the best host! He gets 5 stars for that and the only reason I am giving 4 stars is both our personal needs and preference on the camper. Besides a couple minor glitches on the camper, it was a new camper that was in great shape. It felt totally new! What I would have preferred was more tech loaded van with better cruise control and steering controls. Also, after a few nights on the bed, we could have used a more comfortable mattress. Some suggestion were to fix the water sensors and allow users to download app to control van functions or have another small control near bed so that it's easier to manage the HVAC system while in bed. Otherwise, Jim's OCD made the experience care free! Highly recommend.
