Jim and his van are both absolutely wonderful! We had a fantastic experience and it could not have gone any better.
Jim was always available, kind and informative and helped us feel comfortable with the vehicle's functions and was supportive for questions during the trip. The van itself is great to go anywhere for a fun camping experience, and well stocked with necessary supplies, and all the amenities to make you feel comfortable to stay off the grid if you want. Definitely recommend!

Had an great trip in "11" and excellent experience with Jim. We have experience having previously owned a fifth wheel RV but this was our first time using Outdoorsy and renting a Camper Van. The van was fully appointed and immaculate. The van's size, maneuverability and full driving features made it a breeze to drive. Jim is a great host, communicated constantly and met all of our needs.

This camper van is so nice, and so was our host,Jim! We had a wonderful family roadtrip around Southern California. We took the camper to the beach, mountains and desert. The top bunk goes up and down with a literal flip of a switch to any height, so we could put it up during the day. Beds were very comfy, great little kitchen, amazing sound system, and we loved being able to spray off the sand at the outdoor shower. You can stow 4 carryons in the gap under the bed to stay organized. My girls loved hanging out on the roof and in the tent up there! Tips for others new to visiting Southern California: we didn’t leave the awning out unattended, one of the posts is rickety, and desert winds are crazy strong! The price of diesel varied wildly in the area, more than $1/gal, so look around.,And the “fastest routes” indicated on your map app aren’t always the best choice for a large vehicle. It handled all those curvy mountain roads just fine, but it guzzled the gas! An amazing trip, and I would love to use this camper again if we are ever back in California!
