Filthy inside and out upon pickup and I was delayed an hour because it was being “detailed”?? We detailed inside and out when we got home before we took it on our trip. We simply drove from point a four hours to point B. We did not move any seats or adjust anything inside the van at all. We needed it simply for the amount of seats and the fact that it had TVs in it, which did work great after we got them connected. being lied to and having to do extra work for the trip definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. It got even worse when the van was returned in amazing condition better than it was when I picked it up and the renter claims there was damage inside the van. i’m now having to dispute claims with a scam artist. Renter BEWARE

Emari was helpful, responsive and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely rent from them again.
