This was sort of a good news/bad news rental experience...more bad than good unfortunately! Good news first... trailer was ok inside...kept us dry...beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems that overshadowed the good news. When we went to pick up the trailer, only one light worked. When I got back to my place, I changed the bulb on the other one thinking that might be the problem...it wasn't. On the way to the campsite in Algonquin Park, I looked out the mirror and noticed that the lights were now working...great! A few minutes later, they weren't...then they were! Obviously a short somewhere in the wiring system. As a previous reviewer commented, there was no lock on the trailer hitch, the door wouldn't close properly, some of the latches that attach the top of the trailer to base of the trailer were broken, there was duct tape covering what obviously were cracks in the trailer frame and there was no spare tire. On the way home from our trip, we unfortunately had a flat tire (so did the previous renter). As I mentioned, there was no spare tire (and the tire that popped was in terrible shape!) but with the help of a gentleman in front of whose house we had the flat, we were able to go back into Minden and buy a new tire (actually I bought two tires and rims because the other tire was in bad shape as well and I wasn't sure if it would make it home either...it did!). When I returned the trailer to the owner, I offered to sell him the new tire so he could upgrade the tires on the trailer. He refused and asked me to take off the new tire that I had bought...he said that he could get another tire cheaper. He also said that he would contact Outdoorsy to see if they might refund me some or all of the cost of the additional charges I had. I have tried to contact him to follow up on this but he hasn't responded. IN MY OPINION, THIS TRAILER SHOULD NOT BE RENTED UNTIL THE REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE!

The whole experience wasn’t great. Starting by getting there to pick it up and the condition of the trailer was very bad compared to the pictures. No wheel chalks, and no trailer hitch lock I had to use a ratchet strap until I got home and put my own trailer hitch lock on it. I opened it up before leaving and had to fix all of the bungees holding the top down to the beds. I fixed the door latch that holds the 2 separate doors together. On the way to the campsite the trailer had a flat tire that I had to fix on the side of the highway, the tire was bald down to the threads, luckily I had a jack in my vehicle and an air pump as there was no jack on the trailer and the tire had very little air in it. The electrical only turned one light on in the trailer, none of the electrical outlets worked for charging phones, etc. and the fridge did work however it wasn’t very cold. The trailer needs a lot of work and I feel that your ad misrepresented what you were offering by a large margin. There was no propane tank, there was no stove, we did not try and hook up water to it due to the fear of it leaking everywhere, the door barely shuts, and I had to rig up a clip to keep them together. I feel largely misled for what we were getting. We managed to have a good trip and we did have somewhere to sleep so thank you for that. Unfortunately I would not
recommend renting this trailer as it was a complete letdown from how the trailer looked, what it offered and how it performed.

Narendra is extremely helpful. He went out of the way to help find the right hinge for the vehicle. He is accommodative. The type of tent exactly matched my requirements - it is weighs less and serves the purpose. Would recommend.
