I rented Daniel’s RV for Memorial Weekend, and the experience was disappointing. It’s crucial for anyone renting an RV to receive a full propane tank because propane is essential for cooking and heating—two primary reasons people rent an RV. Propane tank was empty at delivery creating a significant inconvenience, as I had never filled a propane tank before. Daniel suggested I fill it myself and promised reimbursement, which took an hour and a half out of my holiday.Additionally, the fresh water tank was only two-thirds full and the fuel tank was only a quarter full, both of which should have been full at delivery. When I returned the RV, I proposed offsetting the $50 dumping fee with the extra fuel I returned it with. The RV was delivered with only a quarter tank of gas, and I spent $150 to fill it up to full. Since I returned it with more than half a tank, that was over $50 worth of fuel, making it a fair trade-off. Daniel agreed in person. However, when I requested the promised propane reimbursement, Daniel became uncooperative and ended up charging me $90 from my security deposit for the dumping fee, despite initially agreeing to $50 and ignoring the extra fuel I left. Two weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. Daniel has been dodging communication and refusing to honor his commitments.

Unfortunatly, the RV was returned with an empty propane tank the previous day. Due to the short turnaround, I offered customer the option of buying the propane and receiving full credit. Note, listing does not specify full water and propane tanks. I will make sure and correct this note what to expect going forward.Upon pick-up, the customer stated that he did not want to dump the waste tank. This should be selected requested at the time of reservation. The listing requires that it be returned empty and clean as it was when it was picked up. I told him I would take the RV to a dump myself for $50 .I worked it out withOutdoorsy Support and agreed to refund the customer $115 to cover the of propane ($50), and the extra fuel left in RV,
The customer did express that they had a great time and that the RV met all of their expectations.
