Diane was very prompt in responding to all of my questions. She was very friendly and easy going. She made the whole process easy. She was thorough in her explanation and walk through. We were blessed to rent from this nice person for our first Outdoorsy experience. The RV was very comfortable and perfect for our trip. There were a few minor glitches with a drawer, closet lights and rear lights that she did not have time to fix prior to our rental.There was some water leakage onto the dash and console area after a hard rainstorm.

We are also first time RV renters. Prior reviews were spot on and RV is exactly as pictured. For first timers with outdoorsy, this was a great first trip in the Western NC area and a smooth experience overall. Hookups were not at all intimidating and fully functional. Ride was comfortable and able to handle highway, curved back roads, and some unpaved dirt roads without problem. Only tip not already mentioned would be to bring some bungee cords to secure things like refridgerator door if traveling on winding roads. We loved our time and would strongly recommend to others!

Thanks to Sarah Diane, her Forester, and to Outdoorsy, our first RV trip was a great success! The owner was so helpful and easy to work with for the trip. The RV was fantastic - beautiful, easy to drive, and so comfortable! We highly recommend Sarah Diane and her Forester.

Diane was great to work with, and very accommodating! This was our first time in an RV and we have three small kids (ages 3, 4, 7) and everyone fit well. My husband said driving the RV was much easier than he anticipated, as was the dumping of the gray and black water into the pump at the RV site. The things I wish I'd been more aware of is that you should bring your own linens for the loft bed and for the twin bed. I also wish I knew how quickly the gray water bin fills up. We only took two quick showers the whole time, and washed hands and dishes and it was full by the 2nd day. But, we are first timers so this was a learning experience. I also would recommend bringing your own cookware and dishes/utensils. We thought it would be fully stocked the way most AirBnBs are, so maybe bring your own or disposables so you don't have to do a lot of washing which will then fill up the gray water tank quickly. One last thing...that queen bed in the back is perhaps one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! Everything was very clean and we hope to rent this in the future!

The husband, the dog and I had a wonderful two week adventure in this RV and loved every minute! Diane was absolutely fabulous from the time we booked until we dropped the RV off at the end of our trip. The RV was perfect for the three of us and so easy to maneuver. We hit five different states during our trip and never had trouble setting up or loading up to get back in the move. Whenever we had a question, we simply asked and Diane responded immediately. Best customer service ever. Most importantly she was super sweet to our fur baby who so enjoyed the trip (thanks to Diane for allowing dogs in her RV) as well.

Fantastic RV and first experience renting an RV! This one is so easy to drive and maneuver around the mountains. Hubs, pup and I really enjoyed ourselves and got a wonderful taste of RV'ing. This RV is so clean, easy to use and navigate, and SO comfortable. Being 25', it's great because you can hop around from point to point with ease, if that is what you want to do. We had lots of things planned over the course of the weekend and this RV was the perfect size to drive around. We quickly realized that larger RV's you just go to point A to B and leave it. This gave us the freedom to move around, see and do more! AND--it has TWO slides--not just one! Bonus: there's great sleeping area over the front (so if one/both of you snore[let's be real :)]--yep...great second spot!!) Communicating with the owner is SO wonderful! She is SO nice, friendly, funny, and responds ASAP!! I will definitely come back again to rent from her!

This is the second time I have rented this beauty and already reserved it for November . Diane is a pleasure to work with and the camper is exquisite. Everything you want and not too much of anything. It drives like a big car, super easy to maneuver. Highly recommend .

Sarah is a very pleasant person to work with, and she responded quickly to any communication. She gave us a very good overview of the RV and its features during pick up.
The RV was exactly as described, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. It was very clean and comfortable, it handled well and was easy to drive. We'd be happy to rent it again for another trip.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Sarah is incredibly easy to work with - she’s a wonderful person and very responsive. As first-timers, we were worried about driving a large RV, especially through the Smokey mountains. This RV was a breeze to drive - it handles great and feels much smaller than it is when driving. The interior is beautiful, everything was clean and the RV is loaded with every modern convenience you need. I would highly recommend this owner and RV to anyone interested in renting an RV.
