Delivery and pick up were on time. Super friendly and accommodating hostess. The camper was great for our weekend. Heat and ac, fridge, sink, stove and oven were all used and worked for our needs. It was a a happy surprised finding cup holders to use by the fire pit.

We rented this camper for a weekend, Friday-Sunday at Hartwick Pines Campground in Grayling, MI.Pros:
* Rob was very nice when dropping the camper off, and got everything situated for us in a timely manner.
* Setup was quick and everything was done for us, was easy to get into the site and start our trip.
* Rob double checked the towels and linens, offered to get us a pillowcase that was forgotten.
* There was a radio and TV, we didn’t use the TV but is available with DVDs provided as well.
* There were some games, activities, and deck of cards that were provided. We did not use them, as we did not have time, but kid friendly!
* They had a nice coffee maker and provided coffee grounds.
* We had plenty of toilet paper, we did not run out.
* There are kitchen items provided to you: several camping plates, a few camping cups, 2 mugs, 2 wine glasses, coffee maker and grounds (flavored, so if you want plain coffee, bring it with you!), and silverware.
* There is a microwave and stove top/oven if you’re planning to cook meals in the camper. We only used the microwave, and it was nice.
* Camper has a lot of space. We did not use any of the sleeping accommodations outside of the main bed, but there was a couch and you can use the table/seats to make a bed if you wanted. There’s also two swivel chairs that would be nice if you’re lounging inside the camper.
* There was air conditioning and heat that worked well during our trip!Cons:
* After the camper was delivered and set up, and we got settled, in we noticed the camper was not as clean as it appeared.
- Fridge had what appeared to be mold in the door, walls, racks, door trays, and bottom drawers.
- Dead bugs in the bathtub/shower
- Dusting of sand/dirt on counters and floors
- Upon further inspection it appeared that the black tank wasn’t dumped and sanitized prior to drop off. This led to a lingering smell of sewage that permeated throughout the weekend.* The host has a delivery only policy, which was fine. We were not aware that the host has an additional 100.00 minimum delivery fee until the host messaged us after our first payment went through- it was not anywhere within the listing. Outdoorsy has an 85.00 charge through the app when you select delivery on your booking, but pickup is the default. The minimum delivery fee is 100 dollars up to 35 miles, per the host. Make sure you select delivery when booking and be prepared that the charge is a little higher than that after you book.We chose to reach out via message to the hosts after our rental term was complete, to make them aware of the issues we had prior to posting our review. Unfortunately, we would not rent this camper again, even if we knew for sure that these issues had been remedied. We are hopeful that we had one poor experience, and that future renters can look forward to a clean and sanitized camper on their next trip! If you book this camper, some things we would suggest are:
* If going to Hartwick Pines: make a specific plan with the host for drop off and pick up at the campground (car make/model from each party), and have a photo of the camper from their listing on your phone prior to arrival. The cell reception stops working a few miles up the road, and we could not contact the hosts via Outdoorsy or phone number provided. Rob was very understanding and kind about this, as we both had been waiting at the front check in area for one another with no cell service.
* Bring your own paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, hand towels and dish rags for the kitchen.
* Double check the day of your booking to confirm full hookup or electric to ensure you’re all set for what you’ll need!
* If bringing any of your own food items, make sure you have plenty of ice in your cooler prior to arrival. The fridge and freezer were not cold or charged up upon arrival.
* Bring a blanket or two
* Bring your own shower mat or towel for the floor, if planning to use the shower. We did not use the shower or sink, but you’ll need one if you do. There’s one, very small mat that is placed by the sink in the kitchen, but is microfiber and slides around easily.
