At first glance, this RV is amazing. The layout is great, it is clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very kind, even allowing my husband to leave his truck at their home rather than coordinate another driver. Unfortunately, one major issue significantly impacted our stay. By the end of day one, the refrigerator stopped working. We reached out to troubleshoot, but it never worked again. We lost everything inside. A five-day trip with toddlers and no refrigerator was more challenging than expected, especially after losing all the food I had prepped to minimize cooking and cleaning. I completely recognize this was likely no one’s fault. Things happen and we roll with them. My issue is the lack of response or desire to rectify it. I have reached out to both the host and his wife and received no response regarding the refrigerator.
Additionally, we slept in 87-degree heat on the way home because we weren’t educated on a specific generator safety feature. Less importantly, my hand was cut up by exposed screws in the closet. I mentioned this because they appear aftermarket and, in such a tight space, it could easily happen to someone else. I received no response to that either. Before returning the RV, I deep cleaned the refrigerator, stove/oven/microwave, floors and toilets, and even pressure washed the rugs. The photos attached are of the RV after I cleaned it. I wanted to show my gratitude and appreciation for the use of their RV. I didn’t need a thank-you, but a response regarding my concerns would have been very appreciated.
There is genuinely a lot to like about this RV, and had the refrigerator issue been acknowledged and handled with better communication afterward, my review would probably look very different. Things break. I understand that completely. But how problems are handled when they happen is an important part of the rental experience too, and unfortunately that is where our experience fell short.

Corey was a great host! Everything went smooth from the beginning of the trip to the end. Would absolutely rent from him again.

This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy and Corey made it so easy. He was very responsive initially, delivered to our address, answered all of our questions, and his RV was spotless. We had such a good vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Corey again. Thank you!

Renting this RV from Corey was the best!! A great experience for my family!! Everyone had a great time on our road trip!! Even when my kids helped me empty the tanks!! A great experience for all!! Spacious RV, plenty of room for everyone & our stuff!! Corey & his family were so welcoming with their RV!! Thanks Doug
