Our family rented a trailer for a week, during our rental we had a significant emergency with one of our children, Luke and his team were compassionate, and run their business on integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent from them again. Reasonable pricing and above par customer service.

Having an easy use service to provide a trailer for a portion of the year is an incredible service. We received our Trailer, and had a great experience with the provider and the service Outdoorsy was easy to use and navigate.

Pick up and drop off very easy! Trailer was clean. Instructions were fantastic. Luke was easy to get a hold of and answered all the questions I had quickly. A couple issues with the trailer itself but I would rent from Luke again :)

Horrible experience.
Furnace did not work. Power connection did not work. Cupboard doors just fell off when opening.
Bed was very uncomfortable
1st night trailer running off battery power because didn't know power connection didn't work. The CO detector started going off at 330 am. Took about an hour messing with everything realize power wasn't working it was low battery alarm. Had to disconnect battery to stop beeping. Had to use stove to heat trailer. When we wanted running water we had to reconnect battery to get pump working, but then disconnect again to not set off CO detector. Awning badly ripped needs to be replaced.
Contacted Luke 1st day about problems, but only got offered someone to come to campsite fix it last day. He offered good deal for next rental but haven't heard anything about it since. I feel i should have got reimbursed for this trip since the trailer ruined the trip!
To be honest I will never rent from this company again because of that trip.

Easy and effortless. Had a great first experience renting!! Will do it again in the future for sure :-)
