Thomas was fantastic to work with throughout the entire RV rental process. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Communication was always quick and clear, which made everything stress-free and easy from start to finish. He took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the RV and was genuinely accommodating the entire trip. The RV was exactly as described, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend renting from Thomas to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable RV experience.
